Fix Claude Blank Screen or Loading Issues

You are staring at a blank screen on Claude.ai and it refuses to load the chat interface. Your browser is likely clinging to a corrupted file or stale cookie from an old session that is preventing the site from rendering correctly.

Why this happens

Your browser stores temporary data to speed up site loading, but these files can become corrupted after updates. Clearing them forces your browser to fetch a fresh, functional copy from the server.

Steps

   Open your browser menu by clicking the three dots or lines in the top right corner

   Navigate to your Privacy or History settings and select Clear Browsing Data

   Set the Time Range to All Time to ensure all stale files are removed

   Check only the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files

   Click Delete data to remove the corrupted files

   Navigate to https://claude.ai in your address bar and press Enter

   Wait a few seconds for the browser to download a clean version of the interface and log back into your account
